Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your iClub membership here are the steps.
1. Please e-mail Carol Condon:

2. Please understand that you will no longer reserve the right to make copies of
or distribute this music, countdowns or files of any kind per our agreement.
Your subscription to the iClub is what grants you the ability to make copies of
the material since it is copyrighted material. As a member you do not actually
purchase the material but rather the access to the material. Once you are no
longer a member you will be infringing upon legal copyright laws if you make
copies even for self use.
3. Also, please understand that if you rejoin you will need to repurchase all
back archived files at the going rate at that time. (presently it is $179.00)
4. Be advised that all cancellation notices must be given before the 25th of the
month in order to stop it from coming out on the first of the next month.
5. You will also need to present your desire to cancel via e-mail and not by
phone. We need the written record.
6. You will be required to respond to the e-mail in order for us to verify the
cancellation before we can finalize your cancellation.
